K Systems Ltd is a flooring contractor supplying and installing quality flooring for commerce and industry. We are located in east central Scotland at Broxburn in West Lothian. K Systems Limited is one of Scotlands leading flooring contractors supplying and installing all of the major brands of flooring to building contractors and end users in industrial and commercial environments within Scotland and the United Kingdom.

K Systems Ltd provide a full advisory, specification and installation service encompassing most types of floor finishes including carpet, vinyl, anti-static vinyl, linoleum, matting and wood floors. We also install heavy duty, industrial epoxy / polyurethane floors, wall finishes and specialise in the implementation of cleanroom solutions.

Additionally, K Systems Limited installs pump-applied smoothing compounds, most types of underlayment and also a wide range of products which can be installed onto "early age" concrete - making them ideally suited to fast-track projects.

K Systems Ltd has established a 'business partnership' with each of our clients based upon quality, reliability and understanding. From design through installation of carpets, linoleum, vinyls, hardwood flooring, industrial epoxy resins to aftercare, we strive to meet your needs with independent advice and recommendations.

K Systems Limited has a valued client base throughout the whole of the UK. We have installed flooring in locations such as Unst in Shetland and also in London, England. Recently we have expanded our business to Europe and have successfully installed flooring for a customer in Vigo in Northern Spain.
